The Solemnization of Marriages
On 4th March 1910, the English Congregational Church, Ystalyfera, was granted permission to solemnize marriages:-
SUPERINTENDENT REGISTRAR'S CERTIFICATE OF THE REGISTRY OF A BUILDING FOR THE SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES THEREIN
I hereby Certify that a Separate Building named
English Congregational Church
situate at Ystalyfera
in the Civil Parish of Llanguick
in the Registration District of Pontardawe
in the County of Glamorgan
being a building certified according to law as a place of meeting for Religious Worship, was on the Fourth day of March 1910 duly registered for solemnizing Marriages therein, pursuant to the 18th Section of the Act of 6 and 7 Wm. IV., c. 85
